but I still get an error

 

I have URL contains 'dashboard' and they are on the page for 3 seconds and I can't get the tour to launch?

@user2099​ 👋 Since it is a one-off message, you will not be able to add URL rules or time on page options as shown in the error.

 

Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of the dropdown menu within the rules option? If so, I can guide you through the process step-by-step to help with this.

@user1207​ thank you, intercom responded, and I guess I was supposed to have a dynamic audience for this. the page view only covers people who viewed the page at the moment in time.
