We are setting up a Test Workspace, to test our automated emails, and want to confirm that automated emails won't be actually send to users (we have synced our real users)

Hello @joan r​ , Accordingly to the Intercom documentation:

"Setting up a test workspace can be helpful for this because it lets you test your auto messages to make sure that they are sending as expected."

"You can use Test workspaces to send real messages to users. "

So if you synced real user's data to the test workspace, it will send real messages to those users.
