Is it possible to auto-dismiss a welcome message on mobile?

Hi everyone! Is it possible to show the Chat Welcome Message only for three seconds on mobile devices and then delete (hide/close/whatever) it from the screen?

We have a problem that it closes main buttons on our website as it's only landing web page which doesn't have much info on it but there are main buttons which are hidden by the Chat Welcome Message, so users cannot click on these buttons unless they close this message. I know that it's possible to close this message but the conversion for these buttons decreases dramatically which seems to be frustrating. Is there any backend solution to this issue? Or is it possible to fix it inside intercom?

Hey @user2242, it's currently not possible to auto-dismiss a message after a period of time. It may be a solution for you to prevent the message from sending on mobile devices instead. This would require a bit of technical configuration on your end, but if you reckon this would be a solution, I'm happy to walk you through the process.
