Hey @user608​, it's not currently possible to detect when someone closes a Post as a Series rule, only if the message has been received, not received or opened. Can you tell me a little more about your use case here, please?

I'm creating an app review flow, after the user completes a certain action a post or chat will appear to ask how the experience has been so far. And I'm looking for a way to detect if the user actively closes that chat or post :)
