I'd ideally like followups to occur in an existing thread, making it a more conversational automation. I'm seeing options for creating a new email, but I would like to be able to set the Series as a reply to an existing conversation rather than a new email. Any suggestions? Or even external workarounds?

Hello @kyle m​, There no such solution to reply to existing outgoing e-mail campaigns in bulk.

 

I think you can do it via API: 

  1. Send outgoing e-mail campaign from Intercom;
  2. Search conversation id's for this outgoing e-mails via API;
  3. Reply to these conversations via API;

 

I know it's a hard way but still a solution :)
