I'm curious to learn what redaction tools you're using for masking PII (Personally Identifiable Information). At the moment, we're using Strac to redact all PII in real-time, but I'm interested to hear if anyone else uses different redaction tools integrated with Intercom.
Would love to hear your experiences and any recommendations you might have!
