Has anyone had an issue with post URLs opening up in Internet Explorer or a browser that is not the user’s default browser? Is there any way to ensure that the URLs we include in posts open up in a user’s default browser?

@Nicole Osako Is this issue happening in email notifications or on the website?

I believe Outlook recently added a feature where it defaults links in emails to open in Edge which can be very annoying but it can be set to have Outlook open links in whatever you choose as your Default Browser.

The only other issue is that some urls Microsoft tends to open in Edge Browser if it’s installed -- like support.microsoft.com or something like this (if someone is still using Internet Explorer that’s a whole other problem, no one should be using it now).

Hope this helps, otherwise I would think all Intercom related links and posts should open in the default browser unless it’s something that Microsoft controls for the URL.
