In a series, how can I send an email to a user's personal email?

To send an email to a user's personal email in a series, first ensure that the user's personal email address is the one listed in their user profile in Intercom. When setting up your series, you can use the 'Entry rules' to select 'Enter every time the person matches the rules', and limit this to once every day or your desired timeframe. Then, in the 'Scheduling' section of your outbound message, set up custom times for when you want your message to send.

Then, ensure that your proactive support messaging is targeting the correct audience, which could be managed using tags or segments to differentiate between users with different email types.
