I'm trying to make the entry rules for a series so that people who log in after a certain date and who are recurring users get funnelled into the series. But when I add the date rule, I get a red bar at the top of the screen, but no information as to what the problem may be. Can you help me?

Oh dear. Depending on how technical you are, it may be possible to find out the specific error by using the Network Tab of the Developer Console to trace the request and look at the response an error - if you're not technical you might be able to get one of your developers to help you with this. 👌
I'd definitely recommend speaking with Intercom directly about this as it looks like a bug. @Intercom Bug Reports
