The contact list and the list of outbound messages are out of sync by thousands for the same condition. Why is this?
Hey @user407, can you tell me a little more about the type of message you're creating here? Is it an email, by any chance?
The reason I ask is because, with emails, we'll automatically filter any users who've unsubscribed from emails, bounced or marked your emails as spam from the audience.
You can check how many users meet this criteria by applying the filters Unsubscribed from emails / Has hard bounced / Marked emails as spam to your contacts list.
