Assigning a language to a user when the user opens a new chat in the messenger

Hello!

Could you please tell me if it is possible to permanently set the language chosen by the user for communication with support? For example, if a user selects Ukrainian once, will this language be used for all subsequent inquiries?

Thank you!

Hi @Sasha2525 👋 With the method you have outlined with your workflow here, you could save the language that a customer chooses as a custom data attribute and use it to then display content to them accordingly. However, an easier method would be to localize the Messenger for your product, website, and/or mobile app, by going to Messenger > General settings > Choose supported languages.
