Could you please tell me if it is possible to permanently set the language chosen by the user for communication with support? For example, if a user selects Ukrainian once, will this language be used for all subsequent inquiries?

Hi With the method you have outlined with your workflow here, you could save the language that a customer chooses as a custom data attribute and use it to then display content to them accordingly. However, an easier method would be to localize the Messenger for your product, website, and/or mobile app, by going to Messenger > General settings > Choose supported languages.
