We need to show the messenger as a section of the web page, not in the iframe/modal. I have tried but didn't get any way to do that. Please help.

Hello @codeclouds , don't fully get your use case here.
But you can create conversations, send/receive replies, close conversation and do many more via Intercom API.
In my experience, we integrated Intercom a long time ago with our central messaging system with customers.
When customers created a message from the web interface, it appeared in our Intercom inbox (Without any messenger).
