How to disable the Messenger pop-up automatically and just keep the launcher icon? We got lots of complaints about this from our customers, they said when refreshed the website pages or loaded a new page, the Messenger pop-up bother them.

Can you send an example of this issue? Screenshots and videos will be so helpful.
If you are talking about outbound message pop-ups, you should check that and disable some of them.
