How do I install the Intercom Messenger on my site so that logged-in users can see and interact with it?

We’ve got a great guide on how to install a code snippet on your site, so that your users can interact with the Intercom Messenger.

 

Remember, for Intercom to track users, you must define a value for either the email: or user_id: parameter in the code snippet.

 

If you’re using a single-page app, it works a little differently - check out this guide specific to single-page apps.

 

Finally, if you’re using Wordpress, you can just use the WordPress plugin from our App Store to install the Intercom Messenger on your site!
