There is both an inbox app and an operator bot that send end-users the option to switch the conversation channel to WhatsApp instead of the messenger.
The operator bot can be toggled on/off under the app store WhatsApp settings:
This can be found in the WhatsApp Settings in the app within the App Store 👍🏼
