View originalYou can change your office hours in your Messenger settings, to show your customers when your team are out of office.
When a customer sends you a message outside your office hours, Operator, our bot, will let them know when you’ll be back.
You can read more about how to make this change in this guide.
Remember, your office hours reflect the timezone you’ve defined for your workspace. So, if your workspace is set to Pacific Time, but you’re open from 9am - 5pm in New York, you’d set your office hours to 6am - 2pm.
