How to send the results object in Node.js after configuration is completed in an Inbox app?

I am developing an intercom app for my company. As per the code, the app is integrated into inbox. Clicking on it opens up a configuration screen. How to send results object after configuration is completed. Can someone provide me the Node.js code?
