I know there are limitations around sending outbound content, but I'm wondering if having the widget visible on the website is part of that count.

Can you please elaborate which limit do you mean? Are you referring to pricing tiers limits?


Yes, since we have a limit for how many users we can send outbound content to. I'm wondering if we are also limited with how many users can be shown the messenger widget. ​

We don't have any pricing model that would charge you for how many people 'view' your messenger.

 

You should be all good with this - no limitation there 👍🏼
