Hi there, is there any other way to add different labels on the Away tab?

Hi @Thahmina Islam , It’s Mat from the Support Engineering Team 😀

We are not supporting custom Call Wrap Up labels at the moment.  
You can add this idea to the Wishlist for our Product Team to introduce.
