How can I disable or hide the “Get more Help” button?

You can’t completely remove the ‘Get more help’ buitton as it is a core part of the customer experience. However, you can customize the button's label or adjust the settings to manage expectations for human support.
However, you can change the label of the "Get more help" button by navigating to the Fin AI Agent settings under "Customize Fin reply buttons".
