I setup and added Acute Feedback on my Intercom project as above image. But in Mobile app that using Android SDK 15.1.6, the Acute Feedback button is invisible.
Could you please help me check this problem? How can I fix it?

I see that one of my teammates reached back out to you in a conversation you started, but adding the reply here as well! Acute Feedback is actually a third party app that's not built by us at Intercom, but rather Acute themselves. As such, we've little to no insight if things go wrong. I'd suggest reaching out to their support team and they should be able to help you with this. 👍
