Edit: Title should be “Intercom working fine on Xcode Simulator builds but not loading on testflight builds” but I can't edit it or delete this.

I have added the camera privacy reason. Yet on TestFlight builds Intercom does not load. I am wondering if the SDKs access to a certain URL is being blocked because it needs to be manually allowlisted somewhere in the privacy configuration? But not sure on that. Documentation does not say anything about this.

Are there other reasons this may happen?

What do you mean by “Intercom does not load”?  How is this manifesting itself?

Hey @Caleb 👋 What version of our iOS SDK are you using for this? If you’re not using our most recent version, updating to the newest could resolve some loading issues with the messenger.

However, it’s difficult to tell without having more context on how you’ve setup and installed Intercom to your app. Feel free to reach out to our support team so that they can request the necessary details and dig deeper into this for you!

So in the simulator. When I launch Intercom with Intercom.present() running the sdk 18.2.1 I get the full experience with my brand colors and everything. With a release/testflight build I get an empty loading state with blue instead of my brand colors. Suggests to me that it is not reaching my intercom at all.
