I want to ensure that the user doesn't have to scroll to read the whole message, so was hoping to make the width large enough to be able to accommodate it entirely. Thanks, folks.
Hi @chirag s
I've had issues with this as well and haven't been able to find a fix for this. I usually try to make sure that the messaging is as succinct as possible and preview the tour to check that it does not scroll. In a way, it works to benefit us because no user really wants to read long messages. They tend to cancel out of the tour in such cases.
At the same time, would be nice to set the width & height of the message @Product Wishlist
Thanks for the response @user368!
The tip on being succinct has been helpful, so thanks for that!
However, the issue of having to scroll comes up even when you have a succinct message: when you have attached an image. Any fixes for that?
@chirag s If you're using an image then maybe a standalone post rather than a pointer might give you more real estate. Other than that, I don't have any suggestions
