Leads not matched - WHY?

Why are my leads marked as NOT MATCHED if they capture the NAME and the EMAIL in the previous step. Do they need to stay online for 3 hours to be matched? I used to make this step using MAKE + GMAIL + TALLY and it was almost instantly. I don’t get the novelty of the Series then.

Hi @Diego Maury !

In order to investigate a question like this will require you to speak with a Support Agent. They will need you to send them an Intercom URL for a specific Lead who you expected to match and didn’t for that Series along with details around which node in the Series you expected them to match at. I’m sending this question over to the Support team and they will reach back out to you via the email you have on file as soon as someone is available to do so, most likely in a day or two!
