We've got penetration test results from a security team. Any solution to this security leak?

It looks like this test is pointing out that you are sending data to a third party (Intercom). 

Can you clarify why you consider this a “security leak”?

They think that this is a medium level security issue because they can see what data sent to intercom from inspection of the request somwthing like?name=my name&email=myemail@mydomain.com&... What if we sent encrypted request?
