Hi. It's been 24 hours since I requested a CSV file exported data and I have not received any email response yet. Can anyone help please?

Are you sure you’re checking the right email inbox, and you didn’t do one of the instant exports that downloaded to your computer? Have you tried running it a 2nd time with any luck? I typically get exports within a couple hours, definitely always same day when I’ve requested.
