I'd like to know what backup security there is from Intercom side. If say for example our users were to be deleted by accident. Would this information be stored or backed up on your end and how does this work exactly? Thanks

Yes, if you delete users during 7 days timeframe you can contact Intercom support and ask them to restore the following information.

 

You can also use the Archive feature and restore them later.
