Does it cost money to use multiple workspaces in Intercom?

Hey @james c13, if you're planning on using any of our paid features in your new workspaces, you'll require a separate subscription for each one. Would your new workspaces be customer-facing, or for test purposes?

Hi @[Eric Fitzgerald], in our case we have three environments: dev, staging, and production and a separate app for each. Is it possible to have multiple test workspaces (in our case two) to support both non-prod apps? Also in terms of permission levels, can we setup a user so that they can only access test workspaces?
