Intercom plan didn't upgrade correctly

Hello!
Few days ago, we upgraded from archived Intercom Starter, to Intercom Expert. However, we didn’t receive functionality of it yet, we got upgraded to Support Pro Trial. Can we move to Intercom Expert right now? We do need Multiple Help Centers feature ASAP, so it will be a pleasure to have it.

I can see you reached out to our Support Team via the Messenger regarding this issue. They added Support Premium trial on your current plan as this has the multi help centre feature. However they cannot change to expert plan as that date has been set to January 11th so cannot be changed.
