Once you’ve posted a note on a back end ticket - is it possible to edit it? Can’t see an option to do so in the 3dot options menu associated with each note. If not possible - is this something that intercom has an intention to introduce?

Great question! At present it is not possible to edit Notes after they are posted, but I think it would certainly be a useful capability to have!
This isn’t something that’s on the current Product Development Roadmap as far as I’m aware but I know it’s something that has been requested by other customers and has been submitted as a Feature Request with our Product Development team for them to consider as they plan for the future. I’ve gone ahead and added your interest in this to that FRQ as well - the team take customer interest in these types of things into serious consideration when planning so additional expressions of interest are always useful. Hopefully this is something we see added in the near future
