Hi all, when in light mode with the new Intercom UI, there doesn’t seem to be a clear differentiation for the description section of Customer Tickets  -- is there any way this could be a bit more distinct?

Hi Bernice, I’ve attached some screenshots to this message.

One is with the Ticket Description field minimized, and one is with it showing. When it is minimized, it could potentially be overlooked by someone. When it is maximized, it almost looks like it's just a regular post in the conversation. An extra little highlight or background color modification of the description to distinguish itself from the actual conversation could be beneficial to the teammate!
