Upon reviewing all customer tickets, I noticed that customers can detect when we've seen or read their messages. Is there a way to disable this notification?

I understand how it might be convenient, but unfortunately, we do not currently support switching off real-time statuses of messages.

Can you be that kind and reach out to us via Messenger and suggest that. It will be easier to keep track of this when we do it that way.
