Intercom Crash on android


I am using intercom version 15.15.0 but most of the time it crash with the 2 different types of error .please find error logs below

@kashinath.chari I believe this was solved in subsequent updates. Go ahead and update your version, test, and check back in to let me know how this went.

Hey ​@kashinath.chari 

Does the crash occur consistently in a specific scenario (e.g., opening Messenger, sending a message)?

Have you noticed any patterns with device types, OS versions? Can you test this if you haven't already?

Are you using any custom fonts or text modifiers that might be affecting rendering?

In the meantime, I’d recommend trying the latest version of the Intercom SDK to see if the issue persists, as newer releases often include bug fixes for Compose-related crashes.


Thanks for quick reply paul byrne as i mentioned i am using 15.15.0(Android) version and i have tested on Android 12 and 13 version and the problem happens when i am on the chating screen it doesnot happen immediatly but when i send message after witthin 1 mintues it crash down. and also because of this error my playstore account sent me bad behavior threshold email please guide me to solve this issue this is very urgent

This is the another error i recived when i click on ask question and then start typing in the textbox app crash with the below error . App got crash before click on send button.

Hi Thanks for the reply actually I have integrated another  third party libarary which was not supporting compose that make it crash whenever any compose Textbox was focused .so I have updated that thirdy party libarary then the issue solved
