Now with default settings intercom send notification about each action status change in the system.
Any way to reduce the number? send notifications only on some statuses changes?

or maybe there is option to disable notifications but somhow share with customer ticket number ?

You can only adjust the notifications settings that your customers are receiving here.


@mateusz.leszkiewicz  Sure there is that option but in that case, there is no automatic way to share the ticket number with the customer. No such option in attributes or other way.

Customer receives ticket number automatically only if ticket raised in messenger and  and customer not see message in messenger then receives email with ticket number in subject


@Darjus Sakson  If you want to ensure customers know their ticket number, enabling ticket status notification emails is recommended. This will automatically send the customer a notification when a ticket is created, the status is updated, or a reply is sent in the ticket.

If the customer will have Messenger open it should ping them if not, they will receive the email.


@mateusz.leszkiewicz but creation of the attributes like ticket number and conversation number will make communication with customer more flexible- now there is chose to use intercom way to communicate and inform customer and custom but without ticket number- im sure that ticket number is saed in data base and use it in custom messages will make it more customer frendly and flexible.
