When closing a ticket, there is a new box that says ‘leave ticket in’. 

What does this mean?

Ahh this looks like it should say the state that the current ticket is in so you can choose to either close it and leave it in the current state, e.g. submitted, in progress, or change the status to resolved before closing it.

 

Thanks for flagging this! I believe our R&D team is aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix for this.
