Hey, are we facing instabilities? 

 

I raised on chat but no replies on this

 

We send the tickets on intercom and they notify on slack, which was fine, but now the notification is taking 2 hours to go. Can someone please help? Thanks!

 

Hey Laura, Andrew from Intercom here -  we saw some issues with notification delays earlier today however this has since been resolved. Keep us posted if you are still seeing anything off on your end!
