Is anyone using a particular app or integration to look at spikes in user traffic over the lifetime of the customer?

Is anyone using a particular app or integration to look at spikes in user traffic over the lifetime of the customer?

I see initial bursts of support traffic with new users, and then the rest is fairly seasonal.

 

I'm having a hard time finding the time to scatter plot it, but will share results here if they aren't terrible =D

What do you mean by user traffic? Just users logging in or actually support convos started? If it's the first, you could do some of that with Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
