send every time the person matches this rule? when do they stop sending?

My question is:

 

  1. Does this mean that this product tour will be seen by the users once every 10 days or longer, and it will only be seen up to 3 times unless they complete the tour?
  2. If they snooze the tour or close it immediately, does that count as one of the three viewing times?

Diving right in:

  1. This means they will not receive the Tour more than once every 10 days. Even if they match the rules day one and two, they will only be sent the Tour on day one. Once they are sent the Tour three times, they will not be sent the Tour anymore.
  2. Yes, if the snooze the Tour or Close out it is still counted, as we are checking how many times they receive the Tour not complete.

Thanks, would this be best practice? that way they don't get it daily?

they would only get it 3 times over 30 days max right?
