Hi Everyone! My name is Claire and I work as Customer Success Manager and Account Manager at quintly. We are a social media analytic tool and have customers worldwide. Our headquarters are in Germany. We use the live chat function, product tours and articles. I am now looking into using the inbound Custom bots in order to direct a message to the right person in my team. I was based out of Germany, but just recently moved back to New Zealand.
