New potential feature! ? Your vote is important! Intercom has built an experimental version of emit_typing_event API endpoint which will allow customers integrating with a third-party inbox solution to trigger an “admin is typing” event in the Intercom Messenger for a given conversation ? Would you like to see this feature go live?
