I want to automatically tag a user when they click a button in an outbound email.

Is there a way to do this?

For example, I'd like to send an email out to a certain segment of users prompting them to join our beta testing group.

There would be a button in that email that says "Join Beta". When they click that, I'd like that user to be automatically tagged in Intercom so I can create a People segment for them.

I feel like there's probably a way to do this, but it isn't obvious to me right now. Any ideas?

Hello @eileen ,

Q - Is there a way to do this?

A - Yes, it's possible to do that. You can use Series for that.

Here's a quick video example for that:

@roy s11 @eileen not sure if my comment is correct, so you might want to do a test run on that. If you have links to your social media profiles or anything in your email templates and the users click on those they might register as well.
