Once I have an active banner my page doesn't scroll anymore!

I have created a top inline banner. When I see the banner on the page, my page doesn't scroll anymore. Once I click on the x, it allows to scroll again, but then the banner is gone 😵

Thanks!

Hey @chris c12! I couldn't help but notice that your banner is overlapping your site's header, which brought to mind this question (and answer): https://forum.intercom.com/s/feed/0D52G00004dVwxXSAS./p>

I wonder if you're being impacted by the same thing?

Hi @chris c12 , It's more likely a problem with your website, can you show this to your developer team?

The same happens when you use a banner at the bottom of the web-page?

Hi Roy!

Are you from Intercom?

It only happens with the top inline banner.

We use the Landkit Template.

https://themes.getbootstrap.com/product/landkit//p>

So developers aren't really that involved!

That means that there some problems with a template.

Can you confirm if a similar happens when settings are - Floating / Top?

Hi Roy,

It does not happen if I use a Floating/ Top Banner, but our menu is so close to the top, tthe Floating / Top banner covers the menu completely.

I will contact the Landkit guys to have a look at it!

Thanks

Christiane
