Is it possible to have a date range picker on the Outbound pages so that all statistics shown in the table below are for the specific periods ?
Regularly, I want to check if my product tours recently had issues. The problem is that the data shown in the column “Issues” are from the creation of each product tour.
So I have to click on each of them and then go to the issues tab to see if the issues is recent or not. It’s quite a waste of time as most of these issues have been fixed.
It would be really cool just to have a simple ways to see for all my product tours which one had recent issues.
Bonus: being able to “clear” these data in case the issues have been fixed

Hi @Baptiste Guivarch, Emily here from Support Engineering at Intercom 👋🏼
Currently, there is no direct option to add a date filter on the Outbound pages. You can however filter statistics for a specific Series by clicking on it, which allows you to set a date range for that particular Series.
However I do see where you are coming from here, this would be a super handy feature to have in Intercom for outbound specifically. I'll happily share this with our Product Team! 💪🏼
Did you know that you can also check if this feature has been recorded on our Product Wishlist in our Community? You can search and upvote existing requests or create new requests 🙌 Check out the quick guide on how the Product Wishlist works here. Note that you must be logged into the Intercom Community to access the Wishlist. You can log in with SSO or log in as a guest at the top right of the page.
