Hi,

I am Chris from Barcelona.

We just integrated Intercom in our Startup and have started to use the Messenger and the Banner.

I am still trying to figure out how we best can use Intercom, which also depends on client behaviour.

It feels like there are many creative options.

It is probably a long journey before I know the app properly, but I feel very positive.

I hope this forum will help me beyond the Help Center. Usually, I see the limitations of a knowledge base quite early and may get frustrated if things don't work out the way I imagined.

At a later stage, once I know the app better, it would be great to help others as well.

Welcome to the community, @chris c12​! My favourite thing about watching Interconnected as it develops is that it's becoming a crowdsourced knowledge base of best practice, beyond the "how to" theoretical stuff we have in our Help Center.

 

I reckon you'll find a lot of value here - make sure to ask plenty of questions and you'll find that our Connectors are a helpful bunch!
