I am Chris from Barcelona.
We just integrated Intercom in our Startup and have started to use the Messenger and the Banner.
I am still trying to figure out how we best can use Intercom, which also depends on client behaviour.
It feels like there are many creative options.
It is probably a long journey before I know the app properly, but I feel very positive.
I hope this forum will help me beyond the Help Center. Usually, I see the limitations of a knowledge base quite early and may get frustrated if things don't work out the way I imagined.
At a later stage, once I know the app better, it would be great to help others as well.
