I added a shared inbox customer@xyz and a agent user called agent@xyz when replying to emails from the shared inbox instead of sending from: customer@xyz it sends from the private mailbox of agent@xyz, i cant seem to find the setting to change the default reply from mailbox.
See below settings for reply from, no mention how to reply from team inbox it self
https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/ikv1oniu/settings/sendersthis page doesn't have the setting.
