Is it possible to add a Product Tour/Tooltip when Intercom Messenger is installed on the iframe level?

We’re trying to add Intercom functionality on a website that holds all the functionality inside an iframe. We’ve installed the Intercom Messenger on the same iframe level, but when trying to add a Product Tour or a Tooltip we get the following error: “Sorry, we can't load the tools to build Product Tours on your website. Please make sure the Intercom Messenger is installed on the URL you have chosen to build your tour.” As the URL we’re using a src attribute for the iframe.

Please advice if this approach is supported and what URL should we pass in this case when designing a Product Tour/Tooltip functionality.

We do typically see issues when other users have implemented Intercom in Iframes - to be totally honest this is something that we officially don't recommend and are unable to support as installing Intercom in it's own Iframe, or in an Iframe in general, can definitely affect the functionality of Intercom's features. For example, we notice that product tours are not able to point to elements that are within Iframes. If it's possible, we do recommend installing the JavaScript directly onto your site outside of the Iframe.
