JIRA x Intercom -> How can I have my intercom conversation reopen when a linked JIRA ticket is updated or marked as done?

I had this previously working when I was using Unito to connect but now that I connect directly with JIRA I am no longer seeing that functionality.

Hi @barrett s11 and welcome to the community..

Hm... Good question, you already take a look to Toolsplus integration?

I have that installed but for some reason my conversations are not reopening. So strange.

FIXED! uninstalled and reinstalled. Seemed to do the trick.

I am also having this issue. I tried both directly reinstalling and uninstalling before reinstalling. It hasn't fixed it. Are there any other suggestions? Also, is it possible for an update to trigger an email notification?

Looks like the issue was a result of how I was testing. As I was the one that installed the JIRA plugin within intercom, it treated the JIRA updates as coming from my user, and therefore I was deemed to be updating my own conversation (which was assigned to me), and therefore it didn't reopen. I think this can be best resolved by creating a dummy user to install the app, or by having a non support account install it.
