Admin sending an Email to User/Leads using API is not working

I have a request to send an Email using the /messages API endpoint. I just follow the Parameters on the Documentation but still didnt get any Email from my testing lead or personal email.

Its on the UI of Leads profile that I created a message but on my testing email address didnt receives any Email that I created on the API.

I already added the value of message type of email but in return of the response the res was message_type inapp

Can I check - does the user/lead profile have an ‘email address’ associated with them? If so, could you also check if said ‘user/lead’ is on the ‘bounce list’ - you can do so by checking the user data for the attribute ‘has_hard_bounced is true’; if this is the case; we’d need to remove that email from the bounce list for you to send an email to them 👀

Can I check - does the user/lead profile have an ‘email address’ associated with them?
