At MoEngage, we started using Intercom’s Fin AI as a generative AI-based bot and as a chat platform that supports custom troubleshooting flows.

 

Being on the core team that conceptualised the idea and implemented the platform, I had a front-row seat to implement this wonderful tool in a complex product as ours. Happy to help where I can and also to learn from the experience of other experts here.
