We (PaperKite) use Intercom to power our Rippl chatbot. Rippl is an award winning privacy-first contact tracing solution used in New Zealand. We managed to catch over 70% of incoming questions by carefully configuring the chatbot, and quickly tweaking it in response to what we observed. Intercom wrote a case study about it here
